Ok so I’ve been on a posting rampage tonight and every single one is about music. I know I know, this blog is supposed to have wider eyes then merely music. But give me a break, I like to rock. This post is a sad one for me, because I have been a long time fan of Spitalfield. I remember seeing them a few years back in a small town in Indiana when I was working for their label and living in Chicago. Their live show I always felt was really fun and solid. The band has always been on par.

With that said it is with great sadness that I report they will be playing their last tour ever. It bums me out, because I hate to see a good band go before they get credit, but I suppose I understand. After all they never wrote a hit radio song, don’t own their own popular clothing line and don’t have Pete Wentz in their band. So I guess they aren’t good enough for most people, but I enjoyed them very much.
